I have 1 double family room available in my 5 Bed Rooms house on Fishpond Road in Eastville and house is very near to city centre. Bus stop just outside the house.
Whole house is fully furnished and 4 rooms are occupied by the professional people.
There is a simple & quick cleaning Rota to keep the house clean & tidy. There is also a small garden on the back side of house.
Rent will include Council Tax, Virgin broadband and water rates. You will just need to pay your share of the gas and electricity bills (average 5 pounds per week).
No Agency fees involved but Landlord reference or similar required. Rooms are available on minimum 3 to 6 Month contract.
