Hi, I'm Mairead, I'm 29 and Woking in relocation consulting. I'm from Scotland but have been in London two yrs. I have a small double bedroom available in a bright and modern 2 bed, furnished apartment. The flat is split over two floors with an open plan living room and kitchen and has lots of storage space. Outside is a spacious south facing terrace with bbq. The flat is ideally located less than 5mins walk from Bethnal Green tube and overground stations in a lively neighbourhood with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and withing walking distance of Shoreditch, Victoria Park and Broadway Market. I am looking for a non-smoking, professional male or female to replace my current flatmate who is moving back to France. You must be clean & tidy, respectful and enjoy a balance of quiet nights in and fun nights out. Available for viewings immediately. I'm looking to secure a new flatmate ASAP to move in mid August.
