Active Life Insurance based in central Bournemouth require a call monitoring officer to join the compliance & quality team.
Basic up to £18,000 + Benefits
The successful candidate will undertake compliance monitoring of the insurance team (e.g. monitoring of phone calls, reviewing documentation), identifying areas of non-compliance and training needs to the sales managers, provide feedback and identify areas of concern.
They will undertake desk-based monitoring in line with the company’s monitoring programme in a timely manner and maintain the company’s Monitoring scorecard records in compliance with company policy & procedures.
Previous experience within a private medical or life insurance is very much preferred.
