Big double room sharing with 2 girls available from 27th of June - 9th of August. Rent for these dates is £600 as it is 6 weeks and rent is approx £100 a week.

Room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, big double desk and chair. The flat is situated minutes from the Meadows and South Clerk St and 20 min walk to Princes Street.

Students only and someone quiet who will keep to themselves is preferred. This is not a party flat.

No photos at the moment because my stuff is in the room but can send photos privately if asked.
