I live in the flat with my gentle and well mannered 3year old son, I am a postgraduate student at the Napier university so am always out at d library at school or at work and my son at his carer. The flat is modern, very clean and easy access to bus 3,33,25 etc as its on major gorgie road. Rent is 395£/PCM or £95/week all bill inclusive except for council tax. I prefer female pls, neat and friendly. Only serious interest pls.
