This is a spacious 5-berth family caravan in good, useable condition.
Front lounge converts to king-size double.
Rear dinette converts to double bed with single bunk above.
240v Hook-up. Thetford Cassette Toilet. Gas heater. 3-way fridge, 3-ring gas hob with grill.
Comes with full-size bradcot awning - complete, usable though a couple of small tears.

Please note - this is now 25 years old and as such has marks, dings, etc consistent with age. There is a small crack on the inside panelling at the front but no obvious damp or soft spots.
It doesn't have fly-screens or central heating. The water runs on an electric pump (included) but doesn't feature water heating.
